General Questions
Q: What is the quickest way to get signed up and start receiving the event information? A: The quickest way is telephone (317-402-7103). You can call with a CC# and I will run your credit card while we are one the telephone and start sending you event information within 24 hours. The second quickest way is via e-mail. I check my e-mail 4-5 times a day.

Q: Would there be a problem if I joined COV and there are other Vendors in the group that sell the same product?
A: NO - Circle of Vendors is a service providing you with a number of events, sometimes even 2-3 on the same day. It will be up to you how you use the information and how quickly you respond to the event coordinator to secure your space. Once you contact the event coodinator to secure your space, this is when the # of vendors with the same type of product you have will become an issue. Be sure to ask and make a decision, keeping in mind the size of the event, the type of product you have and remember your marketing skills will make the difference, even if there are other vendors with the same product.

Q: I am not a member and I get a lot of e-mails about joining Circle of Vendors and I am not interested, at this time. Can I stop the e-mails? A: Yes, just respond to any one of the e-mails you received, by clicking on reply and typing opt-out in the subject line and hit send. Please give me 24 hours to update the information to reflect your opting out.

Fees / Cost / Money Questions
Q: How much money can you expect to make at some of the craft shows? A: It depends on the show but I would consider a show worth doing again if I earn at least 4 times the booth fee (taking into account all my travel costs and expenses) and a successful show is earning about 10 times the fee of any particular show

Q: How much does it cost to join Circle of Vendors? Option 1 $36 for the entire year = ONLY $3 per month. (Yearly fees may be paid via Visa
or MC on a secure site or via a telephone call). BEST VALUE
Option 2 $16 per quarter (yearly $48) if you pay by quarter =$4 per month .
Option 3 $5 for a “1” month period – New members only – One time Trial Offer.
You may join for a one month period and receive events and all other benefits (listed below) for that period to try the service out. Once your Trial offer has expired, you may cancel or join by quarter or by year.

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards or checks for the member ship fee? A: Yes, I accept Visa MC, Amex and Disc, for yearly memberships only. If you choose, I can send you an invoice via the web where you can pay your membership fee on line via the "secure" site. If you would like to send a check, let me know and I will send you the information.

Q: Do I receive a receipt for my payment if I join? A: Yes

Q: Is it worth the money to join? A: Yes, if you attend just one of the shows each month that I forward to you, I truly think you will make your $3 back easily. Especially if you choose your shows according to your product and contact the event coordinator in a timely manner to get the best space.

Event Questions
Q: What type of events can I expect if I join? A: There are a variety of vendors with COV memberships, so I do not hold back any shows, I send them all and you will need to choose what is best for your product or service. You will receive events requesting vendors for: Festivals, Church Bazaars, Fashion Shows, Craft Shows, Flea Markets, Sorority Events, Parties, Holiday Celebrations, etc.

Q: Are all the events in Indianapolis? A: Many of the events are in Indianapolis and within a 40 mile radius. But we are covering the entire state, so I send events from all over including some in IL, OH, and KY, because some vendors enjoy the traveling part of this adventure and some of the members live outside of Indy.

Q: How will I know which shows will be best for my product/service? A: Unfortunately that I can't answer. You will have to learn through trial and error.

Q: How often will I receive event information? A: That will vary with the time of the year. Some months are slower than others, so it could be daily in busy months or monthly in the slower months, but for the most part you will receive them at least weekly.

Q: What if I have a service instead of a product, would it still be beneficial of me to join? A: Most Event Organizers allow both goods and services, so yes, you can still join, you will just have to know how to pick and choose your events and I can help with tham to some extent.

Membership Questions
Q: Does your members have any way of voicing their opinion or making suggestions? A: Yes definately, I welcome suggestions and I always want your opinion. You can fill out the form on the contact us page or you can send me an e-mail direct. We will also eventually have a focus group of vendors to help keep things on track. The focus group will meet quarterly once all the particulars are worked out.

Q: Will there be other incentives for vendors to join beside having access to vending opportunities?
A: Yes, there will be some, but please understand that for $3 per month, they will be limited. On this website, you will have the benefit of links and articles to help you with your business. In the future, we will have some other member perks.
